Specialist support for you and your clients

When a client’s situation requires additional commercial assessment or practical execution, HPS Capital Partners works alongside you to establish the position and progress an agreed strategy.

We support accountants, lawyers, finance brokers, restructuring advisers and other professionals through two distinct divisions: Lenders & Special Situations and Healthcare Advisory & Investment.

Lenders & Special Situations

When repayment or recovery becomes uncertain

Property & Development

Introduce HPSCP when falling values, stalled works, developer or builder failure, or funding gaps put repayment at risk. We assess recovery options and coordinate completion, mortgagee-in-possession support and sale or refinance.

Business

Introduce HPSCP when deteriorating cash flow, falling earnings or management difficulties threaten repayment. We assess business viability and support an agreed restructuring, refinance, business sale or asset realisation.

Working Together

Respect for your client relationship

We work alongside your existing role. At the outset, we agree who will communicate with the client, how you will remain involved and where our responsibilities begin and end.

1. Discuss the situation: Start with a high-level conversation about the client’s needs and immediate decisions.

2. Agree the introduction: Confirm the client’s consent, relevant parties and information to be shared.

3. Define the engagement: Agree scope, responsibilities, fees and communication before substantive work begins.

Specialist advice and statutory responsibilities remain with the appropriately qualified and appointed professionals.
